Lambertville New Jersey is one of the Northeast’s most cultured small towns. The cuisine here reflects that. The dining scene in Lambertville is eclectic. You can find modern cosmopolitan restaurants here as well as traditional small town cafes and one of the oldest Thai restaurants in the region.

Lambertville is one of the Garden State’s best towns for foodies with a large number of highly acclaimed restaurants.

Our gastronomic tour of Lambertville makes stops for classic Italian dishes, Japanese, Thai, French, Mediterranean, and classic American food.

Some of our favorite places to eat in Lambertville include: Hamilton’s Grill, Lilly’s on the Canal, Manon, Siam, Lambertville Trading Company and DeAnna’s.

In warm weather you can dine alfresco along the canal at Hamilton’s Grill or at Lambertville Station and at other spots in town. In cooler weather, Hamiltons has an open grill room, and other restaurants offer fireside dining.

Before or after dinner, be sure not to miss one of the most romantic and funky places for a cocktail in the entire area at The Boat House, off of Coryell Street. Lambertville is also a great place for window shopping along antiques row on North Union Street or along Bridge Street. If a late night capucinno is more to your liking, try out Lambertville Trading Company across from the Catholic Church.
