Bronze Snake and Bird Grille by Art Research and Tres Fromme
This beautiful bronze grille is part of the new Children’s Garden at Longwood Gardens in Chester County Pennsylvania.
This incredible bronze grille was designed by Tres Fromme and produced at a Pennsylvania foundry called Art Research Enterprises in Lancaster. Art Research has produced large sculptural pieces for public spaces all over the nation. The decorative gate features a bird and a snake (a peacock and a serpent) embroiled in a fight.
Tres Fromme has now left Longwood and is working for a firm in Dallas Texas.
